How to Get to the tickets that I mark that I am following in the admin console?

I would strongly recommend checking out the Field Admin Console - New Interface chapter of the Canvas Admin Guide. Specifically, look at How do I view and manage cases in the new Field Admin console?

Since my retirement I no longer have access to a field admin console, otherwise I would just walk you through it.

But I do not see anywhere what happens or how to interreact with a case that I marked as following.

Does this actually do anything?
