Canvas Grade Book automatic score from Integration Assignment

When students complete an Assignment from an Integration (Noteflight Learn) Canvas? automatically enters 100% percent into the Canvas Grade Book. Students are seeing 100% on an Assignment that hasn't been graded yet. I need to go into the Grade Book and delete the 100% so that it shows a "submitted" icon in the Grade Book column. Then when I grade the Assignment in Speed Grader I have to put some kind of comment for those students who actually received a 100% percent so I don't waste time grading their Assignment again. I do have to keep checking back constantly for those 100% that *don't* have a comment so I can grade those Assignments that have come in late. It's become pretty annoying.
