Canvas Help for Apple Laptop

Can someone advise on how I can get my Apple laptop or desktop to have dashboard work for canvas?  It works on my PC but not my apple products.  The dashboard screen will not load...Thanks

Hi,  @0619090108  Welcome to the Canvas Community! This is most likely due to an out of date browser. Since you mentioned that you're using Apple laptops and desktops, and on the assumption you're accessing Canvas through Safari, the MacOS on the devices needs to be updated in order for Safari to initiate an update to the latest version. Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ lists the currently supported versions, so if you find that your version of Safari is older than what is listed, please update as needed—or try an updated version of Chrome or Firefox.
