Canvas Imports Taking Long Time

Canvas Imports Taking long time (Over 2 hours) . We have been constantly seeing queuing issues in regards to imports. This includes:

  1. Import of course content
  2. Course copy
  3. Import from Commons
  4. Import from Respondus 4.0

Essentially anything that run though the import tool. Is this the norm for Canvas, are other schools experiencing the same?

llettie‌ and  @kimberly_reeds ‌, whenever there are issues that appear to be system-wide across your school, please check the Canvas Status page. If it shows that all systems are operational, please submit a support ticket (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?) so that a member of Canvas Support can look into what might be causing the delays.

If it shows that all systems are operational, please submit a support ticket (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?) so that a member of Canvas Support can look into what might be causing the delays.
