I'm paralyzed from using Canvas at school for my classes.
I'm one of two teachers using Chrome on a Windows machine and my Canvas homepage looks like the attached screenshot.
I do see, in developer settings on Chrome, a bunch of errors - specifically with insecure responses.
I am behind an LAUSD firewall, but MacOS users on chrome don't seem to have this issue.

looks like the Chrome issue, of the browser getting confused and thinking you're on mobile. You can also determine if this really is the issue by trying a different browser. I'd suggest trying to clear Chrome's cache. If that still doesn't resolve it, contact canvas support who can help you work through some other troubleshooting steps.
