Canvas Studio Video share across multiple sections

I have uploaded a video into Canvas Studio. The video is only accessible to one out of three sections. The video shows in my upload folder and one of the class section folders. How do I share the video with the other two sections? I have uploaded many other videos without issue. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide
