Canvas Support Help Number?

Who can I call to get an issue fixed? I have reported a problem a week ago and not received any word or solution. I have called the main 800-203-6755 but no one ever answers even after leaving voicemails.

I have an issue that is needing fixed now, actually needed fixed last week. Who can help? My kids have been locked out of Canvas for a week and can't reset their passwords. I am using the Free for Teachers and had enrolled the students in my course. They were able to use it for two days and then got locked out. Their logins stopped working.

I also emailed canvas support many times. They just responded to wait and to get urgent things fixed to call or use chat, but no number is listed!

I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for several months.  Recently, I was in contact with one of the Canvas Community Managers about a similar question.  Unfortunately, support for those that are using Free For Teachers accounts is quite a bit more limited compared to those schools that have paid accounts.  The best resource I can point you to is Free-for-Teacher Account FAQ - Canvas Community.
