Canvas/Synergy Sync Error

I am an instructional coach working with a group of teachers. They are all getting this error when they attempt to sync their grades:

We have verified scores, due dates, categories, and every other conceivable variable. Have any of you experienced this? If so, how did you solve it?

It turns out it was an update pushed last night by Canvas.  They are working on a solution.

Yes,  We are seeing the same issue.  What district are you in?  What we found is that grades are not being sent to the correct assignment.  New synced grades (from today) are having scores from previously synced assignments as the scores being entered.
