Canvas Teacher app crashing (IOS)

Has anyone been having this issue? My Canvas Teacher app crashes shortly after opening.

Troubleshooting notes so far:

• The crash occurs a few seconds regardless of any action or inaction
• The issue occurs on both iPhone and iPad
• Both are running IOS 13.4.1 and Canvas Teacher 1.10
• Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app
• Have tried hard restart
• Have tried restoring iPad to factory state and having Canvas teacher as only app installed
• Others using identical devices in our organization have been unable to replicate the issue

Hi  @sbokash ‌, 

I haven't heard of this throughout the community or at my school. I'm thinking because it happens across devices, it has to be something specific to your account. Are you always logging in as the same user? I would suggest you reach out to your local tech support and have them create a Canvas support ticket. I'll also keep an eye out and let you know if I find anything out.

I just got word that this is fixed in Canvas Teacher 1.11 that was released today. Give it a shot and let me know if this fixes the issue. Thanks.

It was indeed something specific to my account. I was able to pinpoint the cause to my having animated gifs as course images. Once I removed those, the problem went away. I just tried putting back an animated gif and the crash did not occur.
