Canvas help?

On my dashboard, why is saying that I am not enrolled in this class? on this site, am I in the right place to check the status of my classes, homework and etc. Please help. I am pretty new with this online classes and I don't know how to avigate and if I downloaded the right website to communicate with my instructions, classes and so on.

I hope by this point that you have gained access to your course, but if not, I'd recommend contacting the Instructor and Canvas Support at your school. If you're not sure how to do that, try clicking on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
