Welcome to the canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. It sounds like you may be having issues with your web browser. Generally speaking, I think you will find that your browsing experience in Canvas will be much better if you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can check out what browser you are using and the version by going here: What browser am I using?. Here are the supported web browsers in Canvas...keeping in mind that Internet Explorer is no longer supported: Which browsers does Canvas support? If you are already using either Chrome or Firefox, you might try the other browser...making sure that they are up-to-date. If you still are having issues after trying both browsers, then I would suggest reaching out to Canvas support. They might be able to troubleshoot this more with you.
