Canvas module usage report

I am trying to create a report consisting of the published courses with the count of discussions, quizzes, files and assignments for each course for a quarter. At present I am using module_item_dim, course_dim, enrollment_term_dim to get the result. But this is not giving m ethe right count of discussions, quizzes or assignments for any particular course. How can I do this?
