I have copied a course I created from last school year and am resuing it. I have created some pages and duplicated the pages on a module. I would like students to access these pages on their iPads, but the pages just won't load. I'm at a loss about why I can see the pages on my computer, but they won't load in the Student app. I'd love any help figuring this one out.

An update to the Canvas Student was released this week. Does this solve the issue?
Canvas Student Release Notes (iOS 6.7)
This doesn't look like a setting issue.
I think my only suggestion is for the teacher to report the issue to Canvas through the app using Report a Problem.
Hi Stuart - Are the student devices on the latest version of their OS and have the recent updates to Canvas Student installed?
They were before I sent them home with the students this last Monday.

Goodness, I've never seen this before. Is it just happening to you or other students as well?
This is happening to all of my students. The assignments will load, but every time I try to open a page on the ipads it is just a blank, white page. I'll try to load it again, but I get a spinning wheel that just spins forever. Is there a setting I'm forgetting to turn on or something?

It looks like it has.

I am having this same issue with my ipads. Has anyone been able to get an answer yet?
Hi karrien@sps186.org,
A new version for iOS (6.8) is now available. Can you try this and see if it fixes the issue?

If the update doesn't work, my only suggestion is to report the issue to Canvas through the app using Report a Problem.
