Hi emersonb@salve.edu Thank You for your question. This is obviously super important to get to the bottom of - quickly.

I've just checked for 'incident history' with regards to Canvas globally. Nothing stood out there.

Before I go on, have you checked your browser? 

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

And cleared your cache?

How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?

BUT...

I'm assuming it is related to your institution.
