Capturing the Entire Contents of a Course

I am using the Free Version of Canvas. I am wanting to archive courses when all of the students are done. I want to capture the course as it is with all students, grades, discussions and projects stored. Downloading the course just gives me the content and when I hit conclude, the course goes away and I cannot find it.
Is there a way to capture the course without just leaving it on my dashboard indefinitely?
