Complete/Incomplete Assignments on the Calendar

How do you get assignments that are tagged as Complete/Incomplete to get crossed off on the Student's Calendar? When the teacher grades it and marks it as Complete in SpeedGrader, it is still showing up as a To Do on the Student To Do List and it is not marked off of the Student Calendar. What do we need to click on the teacher end to fix this?

The submission type is set to No Submission, as it is just a Complete/Incomplete Assignment. The teacher wants the student to complete a specific objective in IXL. I believe we have figured out that in order for it to be crossed off the student To Do List, there has to be some type of submission. Even it is just a text entry that says, "I did this assignment." Is this correct?

Yes! Exactly. Students will have to either complete the text entry OR they can manually dismiss the to-do item. ...though I'm not sure what the dismissal of the item does to the calendar.
