Configuracion LockDown Browser

No puedo configurar LockDown Browser en mi isntacia al configurarlo e ir a la la heramientya para aplicarlo en un examen me sale una pagina en blanco les ha pasado

If you are getting a blank page, I suspect the problem is with the integration between Canvas and Respondus. Was the integration campus-wide, or just installed in your classroom? If it is campus-wide, I would suggest you contact your school's Canvas Admin to troubleshoot the problem and contact your Respondus rep if needed. If you have installed Respondus on your Classroom, then you might try removing then re-installing the Lockdown Browser; and if that doesn't work, then contact your Respondus rep.

Si obtiene una página en blanco, sospecho que el problema está en la integración entre Canvas y Respondus. 
¿La integración se realizó en todo el campus o simplemente se instaló en su aula? Si es para todo el campus,
le sugiero que se comunique con el administrador de Canvas de su escuela para solucionar el problema y se comunique
con su representante de Respondus si es necesario. Si ha instalado Respondus en su Classroom, puede intentar quitar
y volver a instalar Lockdown Browser; y si eso no funciona, comuníquese con su representante de Respondus
