Conversation Report

Like other schools, we are doing a rapid change from physical classroom to virtual.  Management is asking for a daily report that lists classes scheduled for that day and a simple yes/no indicator to show if the instructor engaged in the conversation for the scheduled class.  How can this be accomplished?
