Hi Zivar,
I have heard of this happening before, but some things you may want to check is to ensure you are using a supported browser (Supported Web Browsers ) and if you are using one of the supported browsers you may try clearing the browser cache (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10708-67952720330 ) Hope this helps.
