We have some teachers who have several classes in the dashboard (up to 10 or more classes) and they set them in a fixed order.
But when they logon next time, the order of the classes is changed in the dashboard.
How can we prevent that?
It's interesting that staff have been able to change locations of course cards on the Dashboard but the courses aren't remaining in place.
Can you please double check that they are following these step by step instructions please?
