Creating a Group assignment

Hello,

I'm a university instructor and want to collect a weekly group assignment, where one student turns in work for the entire group. I need students to be able to choose the groups themselves (should be about 17 groups per assignment, with each group made up of 3 people), and the groups will change week to week. When I write feedback and post a grade on the assignment, I want all students in the group to receive that grade and view the feedback. What is the easiest way to do this?
