Daily summary not working

Why doesn't daily summary in notifications work? I get multiple emails per day from the same class. Whenever a grade is posted, assignment given, etc. Summary means one email with everything. Why does it still act like I have notifications set to immediately?


Please fix this because it can mean 10-15+ emails per day per child.

Good morning, @mkd8951 ...

There are notifications you can set at your account level (that apply to all courses), but a relatively new feature in Canvas is to be able to configure notifications at the course level.  Have you checked that area of Canvas, too?  Here are a couple Guides for you to look through:
