I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your question in the global Canvas Community website where people from all over the world come to help others answer questions about Canvas, suggest and vote on new Canvas Feature Ideas, join groups, collaborate with others, review written "how to" Guides and video tutorials, and lots more about Canvas. The vast majority of people here in the Community wouldn't be able to help answer a question like this. You'd want to reach out to your instructor (How to contact Canvas Support) or someone at your school who would be able to tell you more about the Degree Program Sheet you are looking for.
