Directionality in New RCE/Changing Editing Features in Toolbar

In the new RCE, we no longer have a button in the tool bar for directionality. Instead, users have to go into the Format drop-down menu to select directionality, which is much less convenient. Directionality also does not "stick" in tables, so users have to go through this cumbersome drop-down menu process for every cell.
Is there any way to move the Directionality button back to the RCE toolbar? Is it possible to edit what buttons appear in the RCE (I am a Canvas admin)?

@ValerieB As you've noted, "directionality" can only be accessed from the Format dropdown. If your designers and instructors are finding that the lack of a button on the RCE ribbon is a particular pain point, please suggest an idea after reading through How do I create a new idea conversation in the Can...
Considering that there isn't a great deal of available real estate on the RCE ribbon, this particular idea might not get a great deal of traction from members, so you might want to check with your CSM to see if this can be accomplished specifically for your instance through our professional services group.
