Disappearing Quiz?

Has anyone ever had an issue with a quiz "disappearing"?  I have a teacher who has given a quiz and seen/reviewed the results, but now he cannot find the quiz (and neither can I as an Admin).

I'm relatively convinced it has got to BE somewhere, but I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't seem to locate it.  Does anyone have any ideas?

If it can't be found in the course anywhere, I would recommend looking at the information at:

Undeleting things in Canvas‌

If this doesn't help, I would recommend opening a trouble ticket with support from Help > Report a Problem.
