What role do you typically give an Educational Assistant who may need access because he/she is responsible for modifying work for select students? (Keeping in mind they do not work with ALL students in the class.)

 @krista_heidenre ​, I'm not sure about the modifying work part of your question, but we normally put our learning accommodation assistants in as observers. This only gives them student level access, minus a few things, but for us it has been enough for them to be able to access and do what they needed to do.
