Embedding YouTube videos in quizzes

So I noticed the formatting on Canvas changed and I'm wondering if it's still possible to embed YouTube videos in quizzes that are set as unlisted? Before I used to be able to simply upload media by inserting a url but now it only gives me the option to upload my own files which really isn't ideal.
I often use YouTube videos for the quizzes I create so any help in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated!
