Embeding Google Slide presentation so kids can just click

I created a Google Slides where I do not want the kids to see the next slides and to progress through the presentation using the buttons. When I embed this presentation, They are able to just click to forward the slides. I know a little about code and I know that I can add preview?rm=minimal to the URL so kids can't do it, but I am not sure where to place it in the embed code. Any assistance would be nice.  Thanks.

If you insert a shape behind the buttons that will cover the entire slide, you can link that shape to the current slide. If they click somewhere other than the buttons it is on that shape bringing them to where they already are.
