Equella and Canvas

Jump to solution

Hi there

Can documents that have been added to Canvas through the Equella integration, still be viewed through the document preview function?

Thanks

Sophie

I have a little more information for you!  It sounds like our partnership team is now recommending using the new LTI (integration) rather than the old integration.  Here is the information on the LTI:

 @snedwich

I'm sorry you have not received any feedback on how Equella integrates with Canvas.

I just did some testing and was not very successful.  I was able to enable Equella in my account.  The tool appeared in the RCE in Canvas course content.

I was able to search the Equella repository the integration was linked to, but I was not able to add content to my course.  Sorry.  I would recommend contacting Pearson (form available on the partner link below).

I did find a couple additional resources in our Community.

I am reaching out to see if we can find someone to help further.

Thanks Renee
