External Tool isn't working for Office 365 for assignments

So I really like using the external tool submission for online assignments but the problem is that sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn't. When I go in and select Office 365 from external tool submission in assignments. It has the first little black loading wheel (sometimes) and then disappears and the second one that comes with loading my One Drive doesn't appear. It has been doing this all day and I don't know how to fix it.
Does anyone know why this might be? Or has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to fix it?
