Extra time for quizzes

Can you make changes to all quizzes in Canvas for a course to allow student extended time or do you have to make that change for each quiz individually?

Unfortunately, this is still a one-quiz-at-a-time setting in Classic Quizzes.  In New Quizzes this is possibl:
