I have installed Canvas locally, and am basically kicking the tires to get a better understanding.
My issue, I can upload a file, it shows in files and such, but when I try to use it (like as a download link on a page), I get "Localhost refused to connect".
It seems like it should be straight forward, what am I missing?

If you aren't following either of these groups yet, please click on the links that I've provided and then you'll find a couple buttons at the top right corner of each group page: "Follow" and "Actions" (with one that you'll need to further click on the "Join group" link).
