Getting students to respond to a polling question

Can teachers poll their students and get results from a class vote?

Quizzes have an option for Quiz Type: Graded Survey or Ungraded Survey. That is how I do votes.

I'm not sure if this app is still available in the Apple and Google Play stores, but there is/was a Canvas Polls app that could be used:
