Google Assignments 1.3 LTI (Completed Assignments Showing on Teacher To-Do)

Submitted Google Assignments do not appear on the teacher Dashboard showing they are ready to be scored. I found the post that says
"*Grading synced to Canvas SpeedGrader coming Fall 2020"

Does that mean when the Grading Synced is fixed that submitted assignments will then appear on the teacher to-do list? Is this a Canvas issue or a Google issue? I have already submitted feedback to Google 🙂
