Google Cloud Assignment - random students can't get in

I have been experiencing random students not able to access Google cloud assignments. It is saying that they don't have access to the assignment and that they need to request access, but they are correctly signed into our district email, just as the rest of the class is. What can I do to resolve this problem?

 @mgmulder , I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. If you're sure that the students have their google accounts linked to Canvas and they are still having this issue, then I would recommend submitting this as a ticket to Canvas Support. To do this click on the Help link and Report a Problem.
