I have a handful of students who are getting an "Access Denied - Request Access" error message when clicking on an assignment. If the Doc is sent directly to the student by email, they have access...just not in Canvas. With one student, we deleted an expired Google Drive LTI token, but that did not solve it. Can anyone help with this issue?
