I am a teacher and new Canvas user. I assigned my middle school students a slide to edit, modify, and turn in on Google Cloud external tool. My students have gone through the process of connecting their school Google Drive to Canvas/have authorized the accounts to work together. For some students, this was fine. They opened the slide in a new tab, edited it, and submitted it.
A handful, however, have not been able to access the slide. This message is an example from my student " It says I still need to authorize integration with my google drive but I already did." I have asked students involved to ensure that they have signed out of any non-school Google accounts and they have assured me that they have.
What else am I missing?
