Grade is not showing for a quiz

I administered a quiz a couple of days ago in person. All students were present and took the quiz. After the quiz was complete I reviewed the grades. One of the students grades was not showing up. I asked her about it and she said she took the quiz and it even showed a grade for it. It's still not showing up. 

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions? I personally saw her taking the quiz, so I know she took it.

This happened to one of my students.  When you open the quiz in your instructor view, you will see a moderate tab.  It should have the student's score listed, so that you can type the score in manually.  (I did not check speedgrader with my student, but it is possible that you will also be able to find the score there.)  I don't know the source of the problem.  This is something to submit a support ticket about, so that the engineers can sort out what went wrong.

Thank you so much, I checked it but it doesn't have any score there. It doesn't even say the student has attempted the quiz, but I saw her take it. Thanks for the input, I may have to contact a rep. This is so strange. I've administered a lot of quizzes on Canvas and have never had this happen.

It is also very likely that the student did not actually "submit" the quiz after finishing her attempt. Luckily, Canvas still saves her attempt, just in an unsubmitted form. You can submit her attempt for her, which should place her score in the Gradebook.

How do I manually submit outstanding student quiz submissions?

Thank you for your input. I checked this too after reading your reply, unfortunately it doesn't say anything about quizzes that haven't been submitted. It actually says she hasn't even attempted the quiz but I know she did. I saw her take it. It sounds like I will need to contact the rep.
