Grade posting timestamp

I am trying to determine if grades were posted regularly to the grade book or in one lump sum at the end of the term for a particular class/instructor.  Is it possible within Canvas to see when a grade was posted to the grade book?

Thank you Brian.  I was making it much more complicated than it needed to be by looking in the Canvas Data.
