Graded submissions

Hi.

I have a student who left my class and joined another. The new teacher needs the submissions that I have received from this student. However, the student is removed from my participation list so how can we gain access to the submissions made by this student?

The most important thing to remember is to manage this before the students are moved in Canvas, but in 8 years as a Canvas Admin I was still challenged by this at my school.

Anyways, the student needs to be added back to your course roster long enough to download grades and submitted artifacts. You will likely need the help of your Canvas Admin to do this.

Another alternative, if too much time hasn't elapsed, is to recover this in your school's beta or test instances of Canvas. How do I access the Canvas beta environment as an instructor?
