Grading Late Submissions

I want an assignment submitted on time to receive, for example, 100 pts max.  How do I configure Canvas so that an assignment submitted late but no more that 7 days (i.e. one week) late receives 50 pts max?  Ideally, something submitted more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks late gets 25 pts max.  Anything submitted 2 weeks or more late gets  0 pts.  Code for implementing this feature would be trivial, so I assume it's hidden in Canvas somewhere.  Can you please tell me how to do this?
