Help! Need to do online voice over that also show video and webpage images

I need to do a voice over of my class powerpoint slides that has links to a youtube video and to a few websites. I need to post them up on Canvas. 

What software should I use?

I was going to use Adobe Connect and save the link - but the videos don't record. 

I was going to buy Camtasia Studio but I don't know if Canvas plays it and the video is seen/heard?

I was going to use iSpringStudio but I don't know if Canvas will play it.

All my presentations are mix of slide, links to interactive webpages that I use, and video links.

 @egleckle , my recommendation is to use something free (or low cost) like Screencast-O-Matic - Screen Recorder & Video Editor - to create your video, then download and save it to your computer and upload it to YouTube (which you can make private if you want). You can then easily embed the video into Canvas. This is something I do myself and it works pretty well.

I am less worried about the hosting. I am more interested in meshing a voice over slide, to the short video and picking up the audio, then to the interactive webpage and back to the slide. What have you found with that kind of recording?

I haven't experimented with embedded videos to see if it picks the sound up, however PowerPoints screen recorder manages that so it could be used. You could make a screen recording of each slide if you wanted to and then embed that video into the slide somewhere so the students can watch it, or you can save media as and then upload it to canvas as a video.

Does your school use Office 365?  If so then you can install the latest office apps into your computer and PowerPoint 365 has a built in record function that records your voice per slide, and create a video of it or embeds the audio into the slides themselves. Record a slide show with narration and slide timings - Office Support you could also use the built in screen recorder for it as well.

Once you've created it you can upload it to canvas or use the Office 365 LTI tool to provide a link directly to it in your SharePoint.  It adds an extra step sure, but it saves you faffing with other software.

Stephen - Would I embed the video in the slides? And the links to the interactive webpages? And the audio gets recorded at the same volume as the voice over?
