Hi @victoria_quinon and welcome to the Community! This is a question that is best answered by your course instructor or perhaps someone in charge of the program to which you are enrolled. The Canvas Community is made of fellow Canvas users from institutions around the world. While great at answering many questions, no one here is able to access you individual course to see where the certificate may be located or how you are supposed to access this the document. You might try to contact Canvas Support via one of the options in the help menu (see How do I get help with Canvas as a student?). Support is able to see your class and may be able to let you know if there is a certificate associated with particular modules.
