How can I enter a group of results into Canvas?

Can I enter exam results into Canvas when the exam has not taken place in Canvas? I have an assessment that is 40% and 60% exam, the assignment was done and marked through Canvas and those results are now in Canvas. The exam is a paper based exam so I am wondering after the exams are corrected in hard copy, can I then enter these results into Canvas so that they are combined with the assignment result to create an overall end result? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
