How can I see my students attendance records in calendar form?

I want to be able to see who was in which class, and which classes certain students missed so I can get them caught up.

Unfortunately Canvas does not have a tool designed to do what you are describing so you would have to use a third party tool for that.  Canvas does have a tool called Roll Call which you can read more about in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10725-67952720324
