How can you add Classlink to the course navigation in Canvas?

I am looking to add Classlink to the course navigation. We are using it as the SAML for Canvas. I want students to be able to access it from the course navigation for easy use. I went to settings, apps, view app configurations, and add app. I thought it might work with the launch URL, but it did not. Does it need a key and shared secret?

Update: I have added the app, but now I am trying to figure out how to place a link to it in the course navigation.

Do you have the steps you used to add ClassLink LTI into Course Navigation, or as an LTI/app in general? Not finding much online and currently chatting with Canvas support.
