How do I access the correct Vericite report?

When in speedgrader and clicking on the Vericite percentage, the window that populates is a Vericite report for another document the student submitted. I have been able to view the correct Vericite report for some students, but for other students I repeatedly receive the wrong document/report. I've tried logging out/in/etc.
How can I access the document? Is there a different way to navigate to this?
