How do I add a file that is on my pc onto Canvas so my students can read it?

Good afternoon,  @garyleelane1  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Here are some Guides that may help:

• If you are allowing your students access to your "Files" button in your course, you can just upload the file using the steps in this Guide: How do I upload a file to a course?
