How do I get a rubric to appear so that students may see it?

The rubric on an assignment no longer appears in the student view.  How do I correct this?

As long as you've added the rubric to the assignment, the rubric is visible to students: How do I add a rubric to an assignment? Can you verify it was added to the assignment and not just created in the course?
