How do students access feedback on file upload portions of quizzes?

I used the quiz feature to give my students an exam. The first half of the exam was objective (T/F, fill in the blank, etc). The second half was file uploads. They uploaded pdf files. I went to Speed Grader and  then marked  their responses on an iPad using a Logitech Crayon. The notations I made are showing up on my teacher page. However, my students cannot see the notations on their individual pages.  

How can they access my annotations so they can have the feedback on the exam?

So you've released the marks, and the students can still see their quiz submissions, but not the annotations. When you go into the quiz submissions, you can see your annotations (on a desktop, not the ipad).

I can see them on my iPad, but not my laptop.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Edited to add: They can see the annotations for work they submit through the assignment feature, just not file uploads they submit through the quiz feature.

I am having the exact same issue and desperate for a solutions. Has one been found? If the annotation feature on the iPad app can't be seen by students (or me on my desktop), what is the point?
